I swear I never heard a startup band sound like this. I bought this demo/EP a week ago and I'm still addicted, which is quite impressive because it's only 3 songs.
For an independent, unsigned band, the production/recording is absolutely amazing, and the quality of the vocals blew me away. It's very very hard to find underground stuff with this kind of mainstream perceived quality!
This sound has clear influences from great bands like Sevendust, Incubus, Linkin Park and A Perfect Circle. If you're into hard rock/alternative stuff, or even into industrial, you have to give this a listen.
The songs are very well put together, specially Eyes Closed, and the last one is actually a cover, but it's home recorded and doesn't sound like it at all. I managed to dig some info on the band and the frontman doesn't have american origin, which explains the could-be-better lyrics. But hey, it's just a debut demo and they already sound like this? The songwriting is amazing and his voice is tight. I can't wait to hear more stuff!
If you're into this, support good unsigned bands and buy this - In the future I believe we can have a great mainstream rock sound without the need for large corporations...

Ainda bem que a "Eyes Closed" não se perdeu, ainda tenho por aqui o mp3 de Rotations (old Forumúsica user). A "Walking on Water" também está muito boa.

Uncanny similarities exist between both Ro Divine and Del. Of course that should be taken as a compliment - especially since I hold Del to be stunning. One can only assume what that says about RD as well... ;]
